Mr Molefi Rapoo is Leraba’s founder, overseeing the overall direction of the company.

Mr Rapoo used his many years in the construction industry to form a successful company that takes pride in the caring and respect shown to its people and wider community; where safety, integrity and quality are of the outmost importance.

Over the past 12 year, Mr Molefi’s vision and leadership is as integral as ever, to the way in which Leraba successfully operates.

Mr Chris Myeni

Chief executive officer

Mr Myeni joined Leraba trading in 2021 to lead the strategic direction of the company and to ensure effective implementation of Leraba’s business plan.

Mr Myeni holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering and brings with him 12 years experience in the civil engineering industry working as a site manager group five, where he led teams of sub-contractors, junior engineers and supervisors to deliver multiple projects safely without environmental incidents, and to the specified quality.

Mr Morgan Makhubela

SHEQ Director

During the past 5 years, Mr Makhubela has been instrumental not just in developing the SHEQ function within the business but also in helping to enshrine awareness and best practice in every member of our team. Having spent 2 years as a senior safety officer, Mr Makhubela’s promotion to SHEQ director further expands the remit of his role, additionally taking overall responsibility for wellbeing within the company.

Miss Teboho Rapoo

HR Director

Miss Rapoo in an experienced human resource professional with a strong background in developing and leading strategic HR initiatives. As Human Resources Director, Miss Rapoo is a member of the operational board and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR strategy and HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training, learning and development, health and wellbeing and organisational strategy.

Mr Devilliers Ndou

Accounting Director

Mr Ndou oversees Leraba’s financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. He is responsible for preparing financial statements, manages the budget, and analysing financial information to support business decisions.
